One of my plants showed up looking rough, so I sent them some pics over email. It took a couple Days to hear back, but they offered either a refund or a replacement. I went with the replacement and it arrived looking Much better. The timing wasn’t perfect, but they did fix the issue

I reached out about an issue with my order, but the whole thing just kept going in circles. Nobody really solved anything, and it felt frustrating. At this point, I’d at least expect an apology for the hassle.

I was surprised by how many plants they had. I found herbs, perennials, and even a few unique varieties I don’t usually see at my local nurseries. Everything was easy to browse, which I really appreciated. I’m grateful to have found this place and will definitely be checking back when I need more plants

I was trying to use the promo code and it don’t go through at first, which was annoying. I contacted support and they fixed it after a bit, so in the end it worked fine.

I ordered a few plants from this shop and everything showed up in about the time I expected. The plants looked good when they arrived, maybe 3 or 4 in total, and they were packed well enough to make the trip without any issues. Overall, it felt like a trustworthy place to buy from.

I reached out with a question and they got back to me way faster than I expected, which was nice because I was literally sitting there with my coffee getting cold. They answered what I needed and got it sorted without making it a whole big thing. Good experience overall.

The plants were pretty much just like the description said. No surprises, and they looked good when they arrived.

I had to keep chasing them just to get updates, which got frustrating. Like, come on now, I shouldn’t have to keep checking in to find out what’s going on.

My order was mostly correct, and most of it was totally fine. The plants I expected were there, the labels were clear, and everything matched up well, like the colors, the tags, the sizes, that kind of thing. But one plant ended up being a different variety than the one I picked, which was a little frustrating. It’s not a massive deal, like it didn’t ruin the whole order or anything, but I had already planned a specific spot for that exact plant, with the right height, the right look, the right spacing, all of that. So now I either have to move things around, find another place for it, or just make it work. Overall, still a decent experience, just a bit annoying because of that one mix-up

The growing instructions were a bit of a letdown. They somehow managed to be both confusing and way too basic, which was impressive in its own special way. My plants started struggling quickly, and I ended up having to look up actual useful advice on other sites. So, yeah, not the most helpful experience.

I really wanted to have a good experience with growjoy, and the plants themselves were mostly fine. But the advice I got from the staff kind of left me disappointed.

I asked what I thought was a simple question about sun and watering for a perennial I had bought, and the reply felt rushed. I mean, it felt like a quick generic answer rather than something specific to the plant. Later I checked with a local nursery, and they gave me totally different guidance that made a lot more sense.

So it wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but I did expect better plant knowledge from a site that sells plants. I’d probably still consider the plants, maybe, but I don’t think I’d go back to them for growing advice again.

The plants arrived in decent shape, thankfully, but the box was a bit crushed and some soil had spilled out. Nothing was completely ruined, which I’m glad about, but I was definitely worried I might lose a plant or two because of the shipping. I just wish the packaging was a little sturdier so there’s less risk of damage in transit.

I did have to meet the minimum order, but it felt reasonable and easy to work with. Checkout was smooth, and my plants arrived looking healthy and in good shape. Overall, it left me feeling happy with the order and glad I went through with it.

Prices were decent compared to a bunch of other plant sites I looked at, some of which were total rip-off nonsense. Shipping does add up a little, which is annoying as hell, but the plants showed up looking healthy and actually worth the money. Not the absolute cheapest out there, but for the quality, I’d say it’s a solid deal. I’d order again.

I was disappointed when the plants arrived because they looked really weak and were barely hanging on. It kind of seemed like they hadn’t been handled or cared for very well before getting to me. I was hoping they’d perk up, but they definitely didn’t arrive in the condition I expected.

At this point, I don’t think it’s worth checking GrowJoy anymore. Every time I get on the site, the plants I actually want are already out of stock. I’ve signed up for the restock emails too, but either I still miss them somehow or nothing really comes of it. It’s just gotten frustrating

Finding what I needed took way longer than it should have, some pages loaded in a weird way, and checkout somehow managed to be more confusing than the actual shopping. I got through it eventually, but it definitely wasn’t the most user-friendly experience.

Ordering from GrowJoy was simple. The site loaded fine, payment went through without any issues, and I got my confirmation really quickly. Really quickly. My only small complaint is that I wish the final shipping cost showed up a little earlier in the process. Other than that, it was a good checkout experience overall.
